Structure and Staff

Under the leadership of the Head of Office, Pietro Pipi, AICS Kyiv operates with a staff of around 20 people, consisting of both international professionals and local staff.

Each member of our team, with their distinctive expertise, contributes to the success of our programs and the achievement of our goals.

Our primary commitment is to ensure that every initiative we promote is implemented with the highest level of coherence, competence, and reliability. This means not only advancing sustainable development projects but also ensuring they adequately respond to the needs of local communities and contribute to tangible improvements.

Head of office

Pietro Pipi has been directing the Division for Rural Development and Food Security at the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation since 2018. Additionally, he has served as interim director for the Human Resources Office, the Economic Development Office, and the AICS office in El Salvador.
