AICS is collecting expressions of interest from non-profit Civil Society Organisations to be selected as consortium partners for the preparation and possible implementation of a proposal under the EU CERV Programme, Call CERV-2026-DAPHNE – Priority 1: “Supporting intermediary organisations working in the fields of gender-based violence and violence against children.”
The initiative under consideration aims to strengthen the technical capacity and organisational sustainability of grassroots and women-led CSOs working on GBV/VAW in Moldova. It would combine a regranting mechanism with long-term capacity strengthening based on mentoring, coaching, peer learning and networking. The planned duration is 36 months, with a requested EU grant of EUR 1–2.5 million.
Who can apply: non-profit CSOs legally established in Moldova, in an EU Member State or in another CERV-eligible country. Applicants need at least three years of recent experience in GBV/VAW and/or CSO capacity building, and prior experience with EU-funded projects. Two profiles are sought: international organisations with EU networks (Profile 1) and Moldovan-registered CSOs (Profile 2).
